Click on Become a Requester if you do not have a username or password currently.


Enter the appropriate information highlighted below.

Be sure to click the Building Drop Down and Select “Grass Lake School”.

It will take you back to the login screen.

Enter the Username and Password you created and click login

The main page looks like this:

Enter the required fields. 

Description is what the issue is that you are having

Select the Building Drop Down and choose “Grass Lake School” if it is not already there

Select the Location Drop Down and choose “Parent/Guardian” or “Student” if the student is entering the ticket.

Select the Location Drop Down and choose “IT Services”

Select the Priority Drop Down and choose “Normal”

Then Click the Submit and Exit button

A ticket will be created and an email will be sent to the email address you have created the account with.
